New Homes Plus Feature - The Entertainer

New Homes Plus Feature - The Entertainer
08/11/17 For those who want enough space to fit all their friends and family but don’t have oodles of room to work with, Impressions the Home Builder has created the Entertainer.

The edgy open-plan design is reminiscent of a funky cafe and modern hangout space. The living and dining extends onto the large alfresco through glass sliders, and a continuation of colours and materials creates a seamless indoor/ outdoor integration.

“We loved the idea of a home that integrates the kitchen, dining and alfresco to create a unique entertainment area that can be enjoyed with family and friends,” Impressions Sales Manager Rhys Watters said.

“We also wanted to create a distinctive three-tier kitchen layout which was both striking and functional.”
Full of impact, complete with wraparound open shelving and overlooking the dining area, the entertainer’s bar is the perfect place to serve up drinks and nibbles while guests await the main course.

Prepare the main course out of the way of the action, but still enjoy observing what is going on thanks to the U-shaped kitchen behind the bar.

With a window splashback to draw in natural light, premium Smeg appliances, stone benchtops, overhead cupboards and a double pantry, it’s no wonder the kitchen has gained a lot of attention from display visitors.
There’s even dedicated storage for your wine collection.

“The feedback from our clients has been fantastic,” Mr Watters said. “Mostly around the unique kitchen, alfresco and dining area, along with the master ensuite with an outdoor shower.”

“Our clients were really excited to see something a little different.”

Suitable for blocks with a 12.5m frontage, the Entertainer runs from front to back with a corridor leading from the entry, past the master, garage, theatre room, laundry and minor bedroom wing to open out to the entertaining hub.
The luxurious master suite includes a walk-in robe and a resort-style ensuite with a double vanity and a generously sized shower.

“One of my favourite features is the external shower off the master ensuite,” Mr Watters said. “There is nothing like being able to get back to nature whilst living in an urban environment.”

Creating a great feeling of space and grandeur, high ceilings extend from the entry into the family, theatre and master suite.

The bedroom wing is home to two spacious minor bedrooms with built-in robes, a walk-in linen, separate toilet and a stunning bathroom with stone benchtops, double-sized shower and a resort-style free-standing bath, leaving the rest of the family wanting for nothing.

Using neutral tones with wooden accents throughout, Impressions has brought the Entertainer into the present and given the whole home a feeling of class.

“We used a mix of materials which created warmth whilst requiring minimum maintenance so our client can enjoy more time entertaining from home and less time maintaining the property,” Mr Watters said.

The front elevation is understated yet edgy, with steel beams over the entry contrasted by elegant, large-format tiling.

There is flexibility to tailor the home’s specification according to individual lifestyles and budgets.

You can visit the Entertainer display at Oakebella estate in Wellard on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-5pm, Saturdays from 1-5pm and Sundays from 12-5pm.
