Neutral and earthy tones define the Emerald
by Impressions The Home Builder, giving the display a smooth and relaxing look throughout.
Green porcelain tiling and contrast render adorn the front elevation of the home, signalling the refined style of its interior to the street.
This attention to detail in the home’s outdoor areas is continued throughout the rear alfresco, with double-sliding doors leading out to an immaculate entertaining space.
The area’s undercover seating and open grassed area make for an ideal place to entertain guests, with an eye on the kids.
Indoors, sleek benches and appliances fit out a modern kitchen, while quality fixtures and features are evident in the two impressive bathrooms.
Matte black and chrome tapware contributes a feeling of luxury to the sleek and modern spaces, while warm, dark floorboards stretch throughout the main living areas, with carpet creating cosy vibes in the bedrooms.
Impressions the Home Builder Sales Manager Rhys Watters said the name of the display tied in with its ‘nature-luxe’ theme.
“The Emerald offers a sense of luxury and style with a connection to nature, using timber elements intertwined with greenery,” he said.
The open-plan living area is located towards the back of the home with stunning dropped ceilings, and extends the full width of the floor plan, resulting in an abundance of natural light.
Sparkling white splashback tiles are another main attraction in the kitchen, while the full-height scullery is perfect for those who love being organised, according to Mr Watters.
“With a floor-to-ceiling pantry, doublebowl sink, fridge recess and bench space, there is room to store all your kitchen gadgets,” he said.
Sitting proudly at the front of the home, Mr Watters said the resort-style master suite was equipped with a range of luxurious features.
“This generous-sized master connects to a just-as-sizeable ensuite which includes two basins, a freestanding bath and two showerheads to the shower recess,” he said.
“The bold monochrome feature tiling creates a stunning space that moves seamlessly into the walk-in robe.”
The main bathroom is neighboured by the two minor bedrooms sitting on either side, and also includes a shower and freestanding bath.
Designed with families in mind, the Emerald also offers a multi-purpose room.
“From a theatre room, to a home office or kids’ activity zone, the options are endless,” Mr Watters said.
