New Homes Feature - The Beach

The team at Impressions the Home Builder has delved deep into what Western Australians love most about their laid-back lifestyles to create its display, the Beach.

Located mere minutes from the coast, this Alkimos display combines the vivacious design of a relaxed beachside property with a modern, contemporary facade you would expect to see in any established suburban street or new development.

According to Impressions the Home Builder’s Sales Manager Rhys Watters, the laid-back coastal feel created at the front of the home on the wide verandah is a theme that recurs throughout the rest of the display.

“With multiple entertainment areas, large bedrooms and a clever kitchen layout, the Beach is all about functional family living,” Mr Watters said.

“One of the popular features of this home is the functional kitchen and scullery layout which combines elegance with practicability.”

Situated at the back of the home, the kitchen includes a contemporary island bench with a timber-look breakfast bar and wine rack.

The area conveniently set up for the home cook to enjoy all the modern luxuries of a brand new kitchen including a walk-in pantry, plenty of bench space and a scullery with dishwasher recess and double bowl sink.

The laundry has also been added off the scullery for extra practicality for any busy family.

To the middle of the home, you will find a spacious open-plan family dining and living area with direct access to the comfortable home theatre and handy alfresco area for year-round entertaining.

On the left side of the home, the master suite has been cleverly concealed away from the action and offers resort-style luxury with his and hers walk-in robes and an elegant ensuite with a double vanity.

A dedicated kids’ wing includes a further three minor bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet, all positioned around an open—plan activity nook.

The Beach has been designed to suit a 17m-wide block and offers 209sqm of living space, perfect for homeowners looking to upsize or those looking for a comfortable lifestyle on a larger block.

The Beach is situated on Painted Parkway in Alkimos. Opening times are 2-5pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 1-5pm Saturdays and 12-5pm Sundays.
