No one makes developing your block easier.
Developing a block can be a daunting experience, especially if you've never done it before. However, when you develop with Unitz by Impressions, our experience will make your experience a positive one.
The first thing we'll do is meet with you to find out what you want and what your budget is. We'll then arrange a site visit with you so we can discuss your options in greater detail. We'll identify any major obstacles that could effect your plans, like the shape and fall of your block, then arrange a site survey so we'll both know exactly what we're working with.
After the site survey, we'll know whether or not your plans are achievable. If they aren't, we can re-assess and look at alternatives for you. If they are, we'll look at some designs to suit your needs and budget.
Once you're happy with the design we'll put together a costing. This will include a total breakdown and include everything from replacing the neighbour's fence to reinstating any garden beds that will be damaged during the process. As you can probably tell, we form strong relationships with our clients when we undertake a development project. We'll work very closely with you during the entire process and keep you involved and informed every step of the way.
If you're happy with everything to date, we'll submit to council for planning approval. We'll request full working drawings and submit for a building license.
Once council has signed off, construction begins. Again, you'll be kept informed as we reach certain milestones.
Your finished product is exactly that – right down to the letterbox, landscaping and clothes line. The only thing we don't include is a door mat. (Although we can get one for you if you'd like one!)
