Who are our clients?
Our clients range from mum and dad investors to large companies exclusively involved in development.
We have local and international clients who require varying levels of assistance and support. Unitz offers a variety of solutions for unit developments, from basic feasibility studies through to the construction phase and the after sales process.
Clients can choose their level of involvement in the development process. Some of our clients prefer to leave the project management largely up to us; others prefer a more hands on involvement in their development. Our strength is in our flexibility and willingness to provide unique and tailored solutions for each individual client.
What are the units like from a design point of view?
Unitz by Impressions deliver products that are unique to each developer. They are designed to suit the developments budget, taking into account the complexity of the site and council requirements.
What is the budget/price range of the units?
Projects can range from budgets of $105,000 - $255,000 per unit. All units are tailored to suit the needs of the client.
Unitz by Impressions offer and impressive level of specification, with a variety of upgrades available to allow clients to tailor their development to specific requirements and budget.
Which locations are units predominantly built in?
Our units are predominantly built in areas with higher density zoning codes in Perth. We have recently undertaken developments in the City of Stirling, City of Gosnells, City of Armadale and the City of Canning.
With new estates introducing higher zoning pockets, we are starting to see more developments in these areas as well as new subdivisions in established suburbs.
Unitz by Impressions do not build in the country.
