Each Unitz project can also be tailored to a certain level of specification to suit the budget. We meet with clients to determine their individual goals and objectives relating to the development before arranging a site visit to gain a comprehensive understanding of what can be achieved and identifying any major obstacles.
Plans are then tailored to suit the size and shape of the site, offering a complete service along the way including the submission of plans for council approval, arranging full working drawings and applying for building licences. There is full support for the project throughout the whole process, ensuring a smooth, informed, well managed outcome.
