Make your house into a home with our experienced pre-start consultants to guide you through the process.

Once you've signed your contract to build with Impressions the Home Builder, your project moves into the capable hands of our Contracts Administration team, where you'll complete what is known as a 'pre-start'. This is the fun bit because it's where you get to add your personal touch to the new home design and really make the home your own. You will be invited to an appointment at our East Perth based office to view our selections in the flesh.

The first stage to complete is the main pre-start, where we take you through your plans and point out all the things you need to know about building your new home. At this stage you can make minor alterations, like upgrading fixtures and fittings or changing your kitchen layout.

Finally, you get to select the finishing touches that will turn your new house into a home. You'll choose the colours and styles you want for your bricks, tiles, cupboards, bench tops, taps and everything in between.
