Finance solutions through Impressions

We have a finance broker on site to assist with your finance queries. Our experienced staff can assist in finding the best finance solution for your project, whether it is your first home or an investment property.

The Process:

• You've found the perfect block of land and submitted an offer to purchase it. (You can browse our house and land packages here)
• You select an Impressions new home design to build on your land.
• Our finance manager guides you through the process of settling on your block of land.
• Our finance manager organises the pre-approval for the construction of your home. This could take anywhere up to 6 weeks after the settlement of your land.
• Your loan is structured to be 'Interest only' while your new home is under construction (this is financially beneficial if you continue to rent while your new home is being built).
• 6 Progress claims are made by Impressions during the construction of your new home. This is to cover our costs as we undertake the construction.
• The interest only repayments increase as each progress payment is added to the land portion of the loan.
• Once the loan is fully drawn (construction of your new home is complete) the loan will be changed from 'Interest only' to 'Principal and Interest' repayments.
